I established this company in 2007 as Turkey was experiencing macroeconomic shifts, it was apparent within my full time activity at Turkish investment fund that there was an urgent need for unbiased social, political, and legal information on Turkey.

I have developed legal teams ability to service clients ranging from the UK, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, USA & Dubai
I Identified a market gap and developed “The Family Law” division within AY legal, following changes in Turkish Family Law to be in line with European standards. I have received a special appointment by President of the TMSF which is the most advanced government agency in Turkey. It was a prestigious assignment due to the high profile of the agency at the time of many institutions going through bankruptcy procedures. My international financial background and the political insight gained through more than 10 years of on the ground experience as well as cross-cultural competence were key factors in being honored such an assignment..
Provided consultancy and guidance to agency committee and Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Board to ensure that maximum cooperation is established when it is necessary to carry out transactions in the competency of the Fund, with respect to the exchange of information regarding the general status of the banking sector, measures to be taken as a result of the supervision of deposit banks.
Co-ordinated International recoveries from Cayman Islands to Hong Kong, which were from delinquent former bank owners or their family membership had hidden or layered bank assets. These efforts contributed to Turkish record of 14.5 Billion USD collections during 2007, and aprox. 9 Billion USD in 2008. These were used to offset a 45 Billion USD payment by Turkish Central Bank to depositors as a result of systemic banking failure.

Once I begin an activity, a priority (perhaps the highest motivational factor) is to get it done, reach the goal, get a grade, produce a finished product, get the prize, etc.
Self-satisfaction is tied directly to completed achievement. Pride is taken in setting the target, pace, and/or schedule for almost all activities .
I have a logical mind which "makes sense" of what is perceived regarding the big picture and pieces of the picture within the context of that big picture. It is evaluation or assessment after perception, not the process of perception itself. I seek out patterns, linkage, and relationships. Intuition has a strong involvement in conjunction with this evaluation/assessment process.
Philosophical, cultural, scientific, literary, managerial, and/or computational work, represent very important types of mental activities for me. Being very capable in these activities, means my mind is naturally considering abstract ideas, theory, concepts, inquiry, exploration, analysis, logic, systems, and procedures. have dictated my experience within, Executive management, research, and consulting activities.
I have found great benefit and I am motivated to find, identify, classify, store, remember, and retrieve what is important or what might be important for future use. This has been crucial for researchers, within my fund Turkish Investment fund and technical writers, within Turkish think tank.
I am naturally motivated and constantly apply rational, rules, systems, and procedures to deal with concrete problems where only limited instructions or guidelines exist. Emphasis here is on solving operational or administrative PROBLEMS that develop in familiar areas. This is commonly known as 'troubleshooting' and I have performed this at governmental level in Turkey, motivation is derived from a goal of getting the "train back on the track".
